Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION BY YOU: You may cancel your booking at no cost (& receive a full refund if you've paid), up to THREE clear DAYS before the event (so if you are attending a consultation on a Thursday, we must receive your written cancellation by 5pm on the previous Sunday. (This allows us to manage our time & resources). If you cancel less than 3 clear days before the event, 50% of the fee is payable. You may transfer the booking to another day at no cost by EMAILING that request to us. 2 CANCELLATION BY US: Occasionally unforeseeable circumstances arise in our work. We have the right to cancel or reschedule this event at our absolute discretion. If we cancel or reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible. In the event that we cancel and, if you have paid we will refund your fees in full. If we reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and if the new date is not acceptable to you a refund will be issued. We are under no further liability if we cancel or reschedule.
