It places significant stipulations on both sides of the employment contract; not to act in a manner that is calculated to destroy the relationship of trust and confidence that should exist at all times between the 2 parties.
It is as much damaging for our local & national economy for employees to lose their jobs unfairly as it is for Employers to pay compensation or costly fees to defend potentially frivolous Claims and potentially go out of business! No one can afford either scenario.
